Allie Mills is one of the bright young talents emerging in the Côte d'Or, crafting her own micro-cuvées out of the very same cellar as Domaine William Kelley.

Working side-by-side with former Wine Advocate reviewer turned full-time vigneron William Kelley, Allie assists in managing the estate's rigorous vineyard and cellar operations. Recognizing her talent and passion, William gifted her a portion of high-quality fruit to experiment with and run her own winemaking project. Utilizing the winery’s traditional basket presses and non-interventionist setup, Allie applies similar uncompromising, hands-on philosophy—low-sulfite additions, native fermentations, and meticulous barrel maturation—to create vibrant, highly personal wines that showcase her own evolving voice in fine Burgundy.
