As wine lovers, we have at heart finding wines that give us emotions every time we open a bottle.
We are proud to work with producers that respect their terroir and have chosen to go back to traditional methods and practices that do not rely on the use of pesticides or other chemicals. We celebrate true vignerons who care for the lands they cultivate and the generations to come. We not only believe that respecting the environment and working in the vineyards in a way that maintains and restores ecological balance is crucial for the future but also that such methods are key to produce authentic wines.
We represent enthusiasts, people who work tirelessly in the vineyards to achieve meticulous viticulture and aspire to craft wines that will bring emotions to those who drink them. Uncompromising, they sometimes even sell their wines well below market prices to remain accessible to real amateurs, who drink and enjoy wines rather than end up on the radar of speculators.
In continuity with our producers’ engagement, we have at heart to sell wines to passionate wine lovers that will enjoy them and we are committed to being the bridge between winemakers who strive to produce authentic, characterful wines, and wine lovers who share their passion.
Our mission is to support our producers by introducing their wines and philosophy to wine lovers in Hong Kong. As specialists in Asia, we are thrilled to be based in one of the most vibrant wine markets in the world.

Both our name and logo were thoughtfully chosen to embody our values: passion, character, and authenticity.
Our logo is made of Chinese characters from the 9th and 10th centuries that now form the word 懿. Honorable, virtuous, righteous, the many meanings of 懿 all refer to a feminine form of the highest order. Our name, La Souveraine, is a French word that means which, in its category, achieves the highest level of quality.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All of our Sales orders are to be paid within 7 days from date of issue.
The delivery date is decided by SOUVERAINE LTD upon availability of the goods, no later than two years after issuance of the Sales Order.
