TERMS & CONDITIONS
Personal Use Only: Wines sold are for personal consumption only and cannot be resold. This allows us to offer you preferential, below-market prices provided by the producer.
Orders: SOUVERAINE LTD reserves the right to cancel or adjust ordered or distributed quantities.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due within 14 days of the Sales Order date, or the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payments are non-refundable, though Credit Notes may be issued under certain conditions.
Accepted Payment Methods: PayMe, WeChat Pay, Alipay, VISA, MASTERCARD, UNION PAY
Bank Transfer (HSBC, A/C: 129-498697-838, FPS ID: 120405667).
Storage & Fees:
Fully paid orders include 3 months of free storage from the purchase date.
Uncollected wines after 3 months incur a storage fee of HKD 18 per bottle per 6 months.
Basic insurance covers loss, damage, and theft up to a limit; extra protection can be purchased upon request.
Wine Condition & Returns:
Ullages are top shoulder or better unless stated otherwise. Customers must allow for natural variations in old wines (corks, labels, cases).
All sales are final—we do not accept returns for any reason, including corked wine.
Special Event Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing 14 days or more prior to the event date in order to qualify for a refund, minus a 5% administrative re-offering fee.
Cancellations submitted less than 14 days prior to the event date are non-refundable; however, replacement will be accepted. Please provide the replacement details in writing upon cancellation.
Age Restriction: Under Hong Kong law, it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 18. By ordering, you confirm you are of legal drinking age and will be present to receive the delivery in Hong Kong.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Modifications: SOUVERAINE LTD reserves the right to revise these terms at any time.
