Son of a winemaker from Touraine, originally from the Cher Valley, Valentin Desloges, 28 years old, learned from inspiring winemakers: Vincent Sipp in Alsace, the Todeschini family at Château Mangot in Saint-Émilion, Thierry and Paul Pillot in Chassagne-Montrachet, and Raphaël Coche at Coche-Dury in Meursault. These mentors come from various terroirs, which allowed him to understand the work in the vineyard as well as in the cellar.

He has a deep respect for the land and a passion for crafting wines that are expressive, balanced, and reflective of the region's unique terroir.

The domaine's vineyards are located in some of the best sites in Touraine, including the famous AOC appellations of Chinon and Vouvray. The vineyards are managed with meticulous care, with an emphasis on sustainable and organic practices to ensure the health of the vines and the quality of the fruit. Only the best grapes are selected for use in the winery, and the grapes are carefully harvested by hand to ensure their integrity.
